If you are not 100% satisfied with the goods you received, we gladly accept returns within 7 days from the date the order was received, please follow the instructions below.

Upon receiving your parcel in our warehouse, and in the event that the amount of your order was paid via a credit card, the amount will be returned to the card, and in the event that payment was made upon receipt, the amount will be returned to your balance on our website and you will have the ability to use the amount in the next purchase. When the amount is returned, you will receive a confirmation email.

Terms of return
1. You have (7 days) to decide whether the product is not suitable for you. If it is not suitable for you, you can contact customer service within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
2. Send two pictures for each piece, a picture of the same piece and a picture of the piece size code.
3. The following items cannot be returned: underwear and nightwear, swimwear, nursing supplies and accessories (except for scarves, bags, and blankets).
4. The returned products must be unused with the original package, and we cannot return the used product if it is damaged or washed and changed in any way.
5. We do not accept returned goods from you without communication and coordination with customer service.
6. We do not provide service to pay shipping fees upon receiving your parcel.
